REPORT DESIGN
Capturing The Reinvention Lab's End-of-Year Findings in a Scrapbook-Style Report
The Reinvention Lab, an initiative by Teach For America, needed a year-in-review publication to capture key insights, document progress, and communicate its future direction. The goal was to create a report that felt engaging and human, moving away from traditional, rigid formats.

APPROACH & RATIONALE
Working from a chosen scrapbook-inspired direction, the visual system balanced structure with expressiveness, allowing the content to feel both reflective and forward-looking. Layered compositions, cutout-style imagery, and tactile elements created a sense of storytelling and discovery, transforming dense information into a more approachable, narrative-driven experience.
The design maintained consistency with the existing brand system while introducing enough visual character to make the publication feel distinctive. The final report was produced as a printed piece and distributed to stakeholders, providing a visually engaging way to communicate insights, progress, and future vision.
IMPACT
The final publication gave the Reinvention Lab a more engaging way to document its work, communicate key findings, and share its progress and future direction with stakeholders.
