Helping Evergreen Collaborative Turn Complex Climate Policy into a Clear Guide
Evergreen Collaborative needed a policy paper that could communicate a complex position on climate-related financial risk in a clear, engaging format. The 12-page publication presented research, analysis, and five policy recommendations for the next Federal Reserve Chair.
APPROACH & IMPACT
The design translated dense policy content into a structured editorial experience, using strong typography, clear hierarchy, photography, colour, and considered spacing to make the information easier to navigate. Long-form content was organised into focused sections, while numbered recommendations and highlighted statements helped key arguments stand out.
The visual system balanced the seriousness of the subject matter with a more contemporary, approachable editorial style. Large photographic moments and distinct section openers created rhythm throughout the publication, while consistent layouts kept the extensive content cohesive from beginning to end.
IMPACT
The final publication gave the policy paper a clear and engaging visual structure. Following review and feedback, the design was refined through multiple iterations and received positive feedback from the client.
