White Paper Strategies is a real estate investment firm presenting a 72-unit residential portfolio across Hanahan and North Charleston, South Carolina. The existing content required a more structured visual treatment to communicate the investment opportunity, financial information, and market context clearly to prospective investors.
APPROACH & RATIONALE
The design focused on turning information-heavy investment content into a clear, structured presentation. A strong editorial hierarchy separated the document into distinct sections, while typography, spacing, imagery, and visual cues helped readers move through detailed information more easily.
Financial and market data were organised into clear tables, charts, highlights, and supporting visuals, making key information easier to scan and compare. The visual system balanced a professional investment aesthetic with enough imagery and graphic variation to keep the document engaging across its different sections.

The resulting investment presentation gave a complex offering a clearer visual structure, making the opportunity, supporting financial information, and surrounding market context easier to navigate and understand.
