Safforia had a wonderful product but couldn't seem to connect well with their audience on social media and needed to rectify the issue. They contacted Taktical Digital Agency to help. The Taktical team decided to make Safforia's social media posts more vibrant and relatable as opposed to the dark, edgy posts that were posts.ously onI their Social pages. Taktical contracted me to create these posts.

I communicated with the account manager of the brand over email where he briefed me on Safforia — the problem and the solutions (new normal) we would be working with. I was provided with video and static image ideas that were to help inform the design of the new normal of safforia's social media posts.

I looked over the information I was sent and then started my research. I researched Safforia's website, social media pages, previous messaging, brand guide, competition, target market and then created some concepts around the copy. I highlighted the information that Safforia really wanted their audience to know and wrote down what the audience would most likely respond to. I then streamlined information into the copy that would be most likely to make the most impact. Having the copy laid out, I created design sketches and storyboards around them.

I then moved to the computer and fleshed out the static image posts and the motion graphics. The content was looked over and adjustments were made where necessary.
