The Reinvention Lab (TFA)
The Reinvention Lab at Teach For America needed a series of motion assets to communicate research, events, and initiatives across social platforms. The goal was to translate complex ideas into dynamic, engaging content that could capture attention and hold it in fast-moving digital spaces.
APPROACH & IMPACT
I developed a range of motion graphics designed to simplify information and create more engaging entry points into the Lab’s work. Each piece balanced clarity with energy, using movement, pacing, and visual hierarchy to guide viewers through key messages. From animated data visualisations to promotional content and narrative-driven sequences, the focus was on making information easier to understand while maintaining visual interest.
The system was designed to be flexible across formats and platforms, ensuring consistency while adapting to different types of content and communication needs.
The result was a suite of motion assets that supported ongoing storytelling,
increased content engagement, and made complex ideas more accessible to
a broader audience.
